I am planning to rent a car from Avis/Budget at Braamfontein. I could see that I will be charged R714.06. However, I am not sure if you do charge me for a deposit and how much would that be?

Yes. There will always be a deposit.

How much? Why are they not stating it? I just want to see it because I am about to pay for the rental online.

Click on this link and it will open an additional smaller window, where the terms and conditions appertaining to that particular car at your chosen location are displayed. Then look under the tab "PAYMENT".

OK, found. Also I want to pick up this car at Braamfontein but I can see that you are at Ormonde. What's the address for Braamfontein?

Just type in the address the website will show you what is the nearest and the website will show you what is the nearest location upon that address.
