21 to 99 Years
Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
No one way cross border rentals are permitted, vehicle must return to Zimbabwe. Vehicles may enter the following countries: ZA, LS, SZ, BW, SW, ZB, MW and MZ. Cross border entry into any other country is not permitted only customers paying by credit card or an existing AVIS account will be permitted to rent on cross border. Customers must provide a copy of their passport with photograph and identity particulars. Maximum rental period the vehicle is allowed outside the country will be 30 days. Super collision damage waiver (SCDW) and super theft loss waiver (STLW) are not applicable on cross border rentals. Fee: USD 50.00 / rental Insurance: USD 15.00 / day for period the car is abroad.
